Our first Masterclass on Directors’ Liability, organised in collaboration with Seminar at Home, was successfully concluded this week. All participants confirmed that it was a highly valuable and insightful session — making this first edition and collaboration especially meaningful to us.
During the masterclass, Lauren Pols, Kenny Marien and Wim Smet each highlighted several themes within the broad framework of directors’ liability. Drawing on their respective areas of expertise, they provided practical insights, concrete points of attention, and applicable tools for directors and entrepreneurs.
